This person knows rejection is part of the numbers game and is great at working a system in place but also can modify a script to fit their personality. The person we’re looking for steps up to challenges, and can handle changes on the fly in a small company.

Senior care is the largest growth market over the next 10 years, and CareInHomes needs Sales Representatives to talk to the 15,000 home care agencies U.S.-wide to sign them up to work with families needing care that come to us on the Internet.

Pipeline Success’s CareInHomes division is the leading online senior care consumer education, engagement, and matching platform. The Company combines proprietary technology and best practice direct response marketing to match Baby Boomers and seniors with appropriate home care agencies. Pipeline is the largest provider of online consumer inquiries for home care agencies, and private duty caregivers in the US. Founded in 2008, Pipeline is a privately held company based in Austin, TX.

There are 10,000 - 15,000 home care agencies in the U.S. and continues to grow with the demand from seniors seeking care.

We are a laid back, small office, startup type atmosphere and mentality, with the industry clout and respect that comes with being one of the largest providers in our space. We are about results and finding solutions. We are offering a base salary plus commission. There is no cap to potential income on this opportunity. Looking to interview ASAP.

Job Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Emails, calls, conversations with prospective clients
  • Sales pitches
  • Closing 60-100 sales a month

 Requirements

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-2 years' work experience in a sales role
-Proven track record exceeding individual and team quotas
-Strong knowledge of CRM and telephony software
-Must fully understand sales processes and selling methodologies
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times
-Strong work ethic -- leading sales team by example
-Self-starter who exhibits attention to detail and expert organization skills
-Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced startup environment
-Highly proficient computer skills (email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
