We're looking for someone who is a problem solver and wants to be part of a team that gives direction, but enjoys autonomy to complete your daily tasks. You are the sort of person who can handle multitasking and the occasional change of priority. You probably have a background in B2B account management or sales, but are ready for a relaxed work environment that uses your client communication skills without the pressure of a monthly quota. The role includes assisting clients with their current services and offering others they have not yet bought. Advising on which services will fit the client best is part of the daily conversation with clients. We are looking to cover midday through early evening 11am-7pm Monday through Friday.
You will need excellent written and verbal communication, as you will hardly ever meet our National client base of small to medium business owners in person. To fully serve our clients, it's possible to need several software platforms and/or internet browsers open while speaking to them. You will need to be able to think on the fly and keep the clients happy. The answer may not always be obvious, but you'll be clever enough to not give the trite reply of "I don't know". You'll be working directly with our business clients through every step of their relationship with us. You'll have to be insanely organized, detail-oriented, super nice, and excited to know you can make a very real difference every day. You own responsibility for making sure our client base is happy with our service and make it your mission to keep clients on board.
This role comes with projects, reporting and other client serving functions. Examples include finding ways to proactively help our clients get more ROI out of the service we provide them or giving input on the monthly newsletter that goes out to them.

- Senior Care (home health or assisted living) experience will be icing on the cake, but is also not a requirement
