Digital Marketing Strategist (SEM) - $50-75,000

This full time position will primarily focus on Search Engine Marketing / SEM - everything from building and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to the data analysis needed for reporting, optimizing, and testing.

The Digital Marketing Strategist will be the first in a growing team of dedicated SEM specialists. They will work directly under an industry leader in paid search with years of experience managing large budgets and prior teams of up to 20 people. The position will offer a tremendous opportunity to grow and be challenged in your professional career, as well as to work in conjunction with a tight-knit team here at Pipeline Success – a small tech-savvy company, and the largest provider of online consumer inquiries for home care agencies, assisted living placement companies, and private duty caregivers in the US.

The Digital Marketing Strategist must be a self-starter with meticulous follow through and the ability to deliver measurable results as part of a tight-knit team. If you have strong AdWords experience, love data and have a strong desire to grow and expand your knowledge base in paid search / SEM, we encourage you to apply!

Your day-to-day might include:

  • Collaborating on SEM campaign strategy
  • Creating new paid search campaigns and implementing changes/optimizations
  • Day-to-day digital marketing campaign management and reporting
  • Conversion analysis for current paid search traffic and A/B tests
  • Lead quality management and analysis in coordination with Customer Success team


  • At least 1 year experience with Google AdWords
  • Search Engine Marketing / paid search experience (AdWords and Bing)
  • Reporting and dashboard experience (Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Excellent communication and organization
  • BA or BS in a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience working in digital marketing
  • SQL and/or other reporting languages a plus
