CareInHomes is hiring a full-time media buyer to manage all media acquisition for our CareInHomes Caregivers vertical. Our media buyer is responsible for writing and posting advertisements for our client’s job openings, and for developing and iterating media acquisition strategies. This position involves data analysis and tracking ROAs on a daily basis, reporting to the CareInHomes Caregiver product management team. This role is key for the vertical’s success. An ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter, disciplined and organized, eager to research new opportunities to acquire media, creative, open to learning new tools, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
- Strategically acquire media for our agency clients across a variety of job boards and recruitment services
- Manage budget and spend for media buying
- Identify new job boards and recruitment opportunities to grow revenue
- Identify and manage opportunities to increase efficiencies, such as programmatic buying software
- Write advertisements for our clients’ recruitment needs and post periodically
- Measure ROAS and adjust trade strategy accordingly.
- Gather feedback from clients and candidates to adjust strategy and increase the service value
- Work with other departments to contribute to the company’s revenue goals
