CareInHomes, a subsidiary of PipelineSuccess, is the largest online matching service dedicated exclusively to connecting senior care providers with consumers seeking their services. We are currently seeking a Junior Account Executive to help support and enable the sales department with the intent of transitioning to a Senior Account Executive role.

What you'll do:

  • Be the first point of contact for potential clients
  • Schedule quality demos for sales team by identifying, researching and contacting potential customers
  • Collect and document market data before and during customer outreach
  • Partner with sales reps to ensure opportunities are moving forward
  • Make 70 outbound cold calls per day
  • Hit or exceed a monthly quota

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • An interest in moving to a consultative Sales position within CareInHomes
  • Previous experience making outbound cold calls
  • Ability to clearly articulate the CareInHomes value proposition
  • A tenacious work effort and perpetual positive attitude
  • Interest in and passion for learning
  • Be confident working in a quick-moving and rapidly changing environment
  • Degree required
