Call Center Agent - Work from Home - Lead Generation and Verification

Job Title: Call Center Agent – Work from Home

Location: Must reside in central Texas with the ability to travel to Austin for training

Job Status: 1099 Contract (approximately 30 hours each week) with a mix of weekdays (8am start time), evenings (8pm end time) and Saturdays (10am - 4pm)

A day in the life

  • Work from home as a call center agent
  • Provide engaging customer service through conversation in our fast-paced call center
  • Speak with caregivers seeking jobs
  • Schedule interviews
  • Credential potential candidates
  • Speak with family members seeking home care for loved ones
  • Receive both inbound calls and make outbound calls
  • Engage with our partner agencies to connect qualified caregivers and families
  • Maintain high performance metrics including conversion, appointments scheduled, after call work, schedule adherence, and attendance
  • Thrives on a team where feedback is welcomed

What you’ll need

  • Availability to work days, evenings and weekends – You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule, as your work hours will be based on business needs
  • You have strong people skills-you're energetic, approachable, a good listener and empathetic
  • Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
  • Experience in lead generation and/or lead verification call types is a plus
  • Five9 contact center software experience
  • Ability to receive coaching and implement feedback
  • At least 18 years old
  • Stable high speed hardwired internet connection
  • PC or Apple computer, laptop preferred
  • Quiet work environment with no distractions
  • Professional attitude to work independently from home
  • Ability to meet strict attendance guidelines
  • Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
