Account Manager - Client Success

Pipeline Success is looking for a fun, motivated, self-driven individual to join our account management team.  We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record of success in managing b2b accounts.  In addition to your normal day to day account management you’ll work with leaders across the organization to focus on account growth, team development, revenue optimization, reporting and product development. 

A day in the life

  • Responsible for the day to day support and management of our client relationships
  • Provide consultative solutions and drive long term value for our partners
  • Be a voice for our customers in product development
  • Monitor client portfolio and growth
  • Prepare and give business reviews to leadership team regarding progress and roadblocks to growing new clients
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure budget fulfillment optimization
  • Develop junior account managers

What you’ll need

  • Previous experience as an account manager (senior care & recruiting verticals a plus)
  • Excellent phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Positive demeanor with a go-getter attitude
  • Ability to prioritize tasks while staying organized
  • Extreme Ownership – own outcomes and take responsibility for the situation
  • Computer skills which include using an Apple laptop
  • Microsoft Office skills (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
