Call Center Representative - Data Verification Specialist
Part Time - 29 hours per week
Pipeline Success is looking for a fun, motivated, self-driven individual to join our call center team. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills to help us verify and update our b2b marketing data. This part time role centers around calling our client database to confirm and update contact information to support our sales team.
A day in the life
- Call hundreds of clients each day to confirm and verify their information in our database
- Identify clients who are a good fit for our services
- Support our growing sales and account management teams
- Maintain our client database with high quality data
What you’ll need
- Previous experience as a call center representative
- Excellent phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Positive demeanor with a go-getter attitude
- Ability to prioritize tasks while staying organized
- Computer skills
